GENERAL
The use of Golfuture YYC facilities are at the customer’s own risk. Golfuture YYC is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur onsite.
Players are responsible for their own golf balls. Individuals are liable for any property or personal damage that may occur from the golf balls they hit. This includes Golfuture YYC and neighboring properties and vehicles. Golfuture YYC Staff have the the right to ask any persons abusing this policy to leave the property immediately.
In the event of thunder/lightning, the use of the driving range, par 3 course and the putting green are at the individuals own discretion. Golfuture YYC is not liable for any injuries that may occur.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for monitoring all children in their group at all times.
All alcohol onsite must be purchased from Golfuture YYC as per AGLC regulations.
RESERVATION POLICY
Driving Range, Toptracer Range and Par 3 reservations all require a valid credit card number (including punchcard holders). If booking online, the card used will automatically be charged for the full amount.
If you call the proshop or if you are making a reservation in person, a credit card number will be required to hold the spot, however, it will not be charged until you check in for your reservation. Alternate payment methods can also be used at this time if needed.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
The driving range, Toptracer Range, the par 3 course and the indoor simulators run on a 24 cancellation policy. Reservations that are cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of the reservation will forfeit all monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued.
NO SHOWS
Customers who do not show for a reservation will forfeit all monies paid or their card on file will automatically be charged. Refunds or credits will not be issued.
LOST & FOUND
Golfuture YYC is not responsible for lost items, however, we do our best to collect and reunite lost items with their owners.
When lost items are found, they will be dated and added to our lost and found inventory. Items that have been in the lost and found longer than 3 weeks, will be donated.
Customers and staff are not permitted to collect broken club heads off of the range during our operating hours due to safety concerns.
